Privacy Policy

• Account and profile: name, email, phone, location, company, title, professional identity, industry, expertise, bio, photo, website and social links, goals, interests, and the visibility settings you choose.
• Community activity: posts, comments, reactions, messages, connections, accountability matches and check-ins, event RSVPs, polls, and saved items.
• Executive Workspace and consulting: goals, plans, priorities, notes, documents and files you or your consultant add, and consulting engagement records, deliverables and session notes.
• Billing: plan, subscription status and payment history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
• Automatic information: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and timestamps, collected through essential cookies and basic analytics. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.

• To create and secure your account, run the community, match members for connection and accountability, host events, and deliver consulting services.
• To process payments, manage memberships, and send account, billing, renewal and event messages.
• To improve the Services, including combined, de-identified reporting.
• To protect members and the Services, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Your profile appears in the member directory according to your visibility settings. Posts and comments in community spaces are visible to other members. Direct messages are visible to the people in the conversation. Your Executive Workspace and consulting files are private to you, people you invite, and authorized Unique Catalyst staff. You can change your visibility settings at any time.

Some features may use AI tools to help organize information or suggest matches and resources. People, not AI, make decisions about your membership, account and consulting work.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who run the Services for us (including our hosting, database and sign in providers, Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider, and video meeting tools used for events), with other members as described in section 3, with others when you ask us to, when required by law or to protect safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

Do not upload highly sensitive personal, legal, medical, banking, tax, payroll, password, government identification or financial-account information. The Services are designed for business planning and professional development.

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify it within 90 days, except billing and tax records (kept as required by law, generally seven years), consulting records we must keep under a client agreement, and content other members need to keep conversations intact (which we de-identify).

We use access controls, encrypted connections and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

You may view, correct and download your information, change your visibility and notification settings, opt out of marketing emails, and ask us to delete your account. California residents may have additional rights under California law. Email hello@theuniquecatalyst.com; we respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for making a request.

Our Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not track you across other websites.

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post updates with a new effective date and notify members of important changes by email or in the Services.
